I don't know the exact id, and nice pictures. But it is a predator worm. Do not add to the tank.
Antennae on its head point to it likely being predatory, probably not towards fish or larger organisms than itself. This is not a Eunice worm since members of that genus have five antennae/tentacles on their head, and this one only has 3.
Zooming in I can sort of see them, could be Eunice then.There are definitely 5 looking at it, the 2 shorter ones dont show up well in the picture

I'd remove all that you can find. Probably don't want them around, some eunice can get huge.Assuming i dont want them in my tank? I got 2 out siphoning 5g from my coarse substrate. This is the first time ive found any type of worm doing 5g weekly for 10 months. 75g system (36x24 fwiw)
