Worm I'D please

I just found this worms like 5 min ago , they had some type of tail and when they see a flash light they retract the tail super fast , any idea what they are ?

Most polychete worm are filter feeders & not bad but you do get the black sheep of the polychete worm family. You could sump it just to make sure...
