Hi !
I was hoping someone could help me ID these nesting critters/worms(?) and let me know if I should be worried. They’re only around the macro algae for now apparently.

Running a 90gal - 4 month old tank; stable parameters with 5-10N and 0.03P

Really hard to say from the pic/video, but looks like it may be sponge growth on the algae - not usually a place that you'd want to see sponge growing, as that indicates it may be invasive.
