Looks like a spaghetti worm. Usually fully buried in the rock or sand, but looks like this one can't fully hide in the GSP.

I consider them my favorite worms outside of decorative fan worms. Very welcome in my tanks as long as they don't overgrow, which would mean I'm doing something wong (WAY overfeeding).

I looked all over the gsp seems like there's only 1 worm. So I believe the tentacles are from that worm
I usually don't see that many/long bristles on the body of spaghetti worms, but then again there could be a lot of different species. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
