Worried about my Devil's Hand

A couple of days ago one of the "fingers" on my Devil's Hand started drooping. There was a white spot on it's tan/pink flesh. It has continued to doop and today I got home from work and there's a noticeable hole in the now larger white spot. Disease? Parasite?

I'd love advice from someone smarter than me about this.
Here are my parameters as of last night:

Leathers are notorious for doing this. It will heal just fine, it will however sulk for a couple days if not longer.

If you see small mounds of what looks like sawdust on the surface you should look for Nudibrachs at night after the lights go out.
But as mentioned it's likely self propagation.
