What are your parameters at? And has there been any changes like swings in salinity, using a new salt brand, or new additions to the tank?
Salinity 1.026, phosphate .3-.5, calcium 480 (high for some reason), Nitate (20-30), Alkalinity 7. It is normally 9. I have been doing water changes every week about 20 gallon. I added a big bag of nitrate and phosphate to my sump trying to tackle my nitrates and phospate. The mush room is place in the middle to bottom. I was going to tell you the Keissel Tuna blue light seetings, however, I pulled them up on my new phone clicked reload and they look different..

Adding in a lot of phosphate and nitrate remover at once can stress corals out. Any big changes will usually stress corals out even if they are for the better. Older specimens will show it first which is probably why the little one isn't showing signs of stress. Try to get your calcium and alkalinity back to stable levels (slowly) by doing small daily water changes(1-5 gallons a day), and just keep an eye on it for now. It will probably be ticked for a bit before coming back around.

Is the phosphate number accurate or did you maybe mean 0.03-0.05 ppm?

If your number was accurate, then I think your tank is fine, just stop trying to artificially lower the numbers.

Did the mushroom start struggling when you started messing with the numbers, or when the baby came?

I'm not sure it looks that bad...just looks smaller, which could make sense.
