Would it heal?!

I have a trachy, that i had closer to a rock, was super happy gets super puffy. I noticed this mornign that the flesh, during lights off got stuck on a rock by a vermetid snail, and pulled some flesh out, and now theres a small tear on the trachy like a small hole, and i can see the flesh inside. Would it heal? I feel so bad… i moved it now
