Would like to replace Return Pump

Is there anything better than a Reeflo pump for a return, where the sump is in the basement and the tank is on the first floor? I have a Reeflo Hammerhead and its drawing more than 300 watts. I would like a pump that will draw less.
The pump is on the basement floor. The water travels up 6 feet into a 3" manifold. Than travels 30 feet horizontally and than up 5 feet to the tank.
The manifold is supplying CA, Carbon, GFO, reactors. The size of the return pipe is 1.5".
