Don't know about the zoa id but I think I see some clove or xenia type polyps poking out. I would remove those with a scalpel or x-acto knife. They can be invasive.

They almost look like hydroids to me. Unless the zoa is objecting to the whatever-they-ares, I would leave them in.

The other things are definitely feather dusters. Not hydroids, not xenia or clove polyps.

Yeah I’m not worried about the little feather dusters they aren’t bothering the zoas so I’ll leave them be

Pandora’s have an all the way across pattern though they don’t have this outer layer and inner layer so I’m like..... hm
they can have varying patterns. Some have more green like yours, some have more rings or such, but im confident that they're all the same zoa/paly.
