Would this be Cyano?

I know I got 0 nitrate and 0 phosphate, so very well could be, but just wanted to be sure.
I have just ordered both to dose.
My liverocks are also filled with chrysophytes :/... which i try to blow off every night after lights out.
If cyano, should I then get nitrate and phos up, then siphon out, and dose microbator?

Let’s hope it’s cyano not dino. Usually you would see some bubbles with dino, so I opt for cyano.
What you doing to control nitrates and phosphates? I would stop doing that first, syphon but get water back through filter sock.
There are other steps like short blackout. I would increase flow in the tank too.

I dont have a skimmer, only filterfloss in a tunze comline 3162.
I am also not doing water changes, only siphon out and filter that water, and but it back in.
Also what I was thinking, since there isn't any airbubbles.
For flow I got that tunze with 2 ai nero 3 and its only a 33 gallon. 35x17,7x13,7 inches (LxWxH)

Then it looks OK, not sure why your phosphates and nitrates are so low though. Could it be testing error? I would recommend Hanna checkers for both.
Increasing biodiversity with pods, real mariculcured rock rubble in a sump would help too.

Using Hanna for Phos, and salifert for nitrate. But would the low nitrate and phos be because of a low stocked tank, I only got 2 small clowns, a bit of hermit crabs and not that many snails.
