Would this pony wall support 75 gal?

I need to upgrade my little tank and this is the spot. The top is mdf, roughly 53x23”. The actual wall is 19 ¼”. It looks like the 75 gal tank is 19.5” across. The floor is concrete slab. I didn’t measure the stud spacing, but let’s assume it’s 16”.

Would this be enough support to hold the weight of a 75 gallon tank?
