DT is best place for this fish. Lympho will probably be gone within a couple weeks if water quality is good and diet is right.

Do you add vitamins to food and feed high quality frozen foods?

Definitely lympho.

Adding things like selcon or vitachem will really help. Also add some other cubed foods for a wider variety.

Pristine water, as well as a daily offering of nori would be helpful.

Agree with @HotRocks. Angelfish are notorious with lympho specially while in a confined qt where the water quality tends to be less then perfect. Had the same issue with my queen angel and raccoon butterfly while they were in qt. once added to display it went away within a couple of days.
