I have 2 Maxspex Gyre 130 they operate vertically on overflow box. they're able to adjust different directions at different heights. During the day the pumps Pulse at 85% power during the evening it's a steady flow at 75% power this is able to happen with the Icecap Module.
The thing I love about this is the cosmetic part of not seeing different pumps on the display tank glass that being said I'm feeling guilty that maybe this isn't the best flow method but seems to be working great the flow is substantial and doesn't look like it's hurting coral..
What are your thoughts?

How did you attach the gyres to the overflow box? Your tank looks great so I wouldn't change anything.

Good idea, should have shown video with flake food added.

As long as farthest point from all your center of motion, is not letting detritus settling around walls of tank...

Personally, paint the back of the tank.
I'd also put on left and right back corners, spread all your flow a little. The Overflow Box already breaking up surface good.
