Wow! ReefTide!!!

I had not heard of @REEFTIDE before yesterday when I happened to catch their threads and a review. I looked on their website and was impressed with the selection of corals. On a whim, I went ahead and placed a fairly small order. I got a text from Alex and he said that one of the corals had lost some of it's color. He gave me several options on what could be done. We made an agreement that was fair. I received the order bright and early this morning (FedEx delivery driver is a reefer too and he always makes my house the first or second delivery of the day). Then I opened the box, everything was packaged exceptionally well and that was the first good sign. The corals were very colorful, clean and healthy right out of the bags. The snails that I received were all lively and well incrusted in Coralline, they went to work right after being placed in the tank. I am very impressed with the quality and the customer service is outstanding. I will be ordering again soon. Thanks ReefTide!
