Wp40 help can't get it to open

Hi, I need to clean my wp40 ph and have done this before but now it won't open up so I can clean the impeller.

Soaked it in vinegar for a few hours and still can open. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks :)

twist it counter clockwise. mine was hard the first time. I thought I would break it. after the first time it's easier.
