Wrasse: Fish Disease ID and Treatment?

Hey Reefers, I purchased this wrasse from my LFS and I didn't notice any of these white spots at the store but When I took a closer look at home I notice a bunch of white spots on him. It's in QT right now and awaiting it's diagnosis.
Any thoughts?
