I recently got a Labout Wrasse and since introduction to the tank I see his lip got messed up. Will the skin grow back as fins do? Also not sure what cause his lip to get like that.

Nothing to be concerned about. It will heal relatively quickly. It can happen by bumping into the sides of the tank or a rock when startled.
