I have a 55g reef tank with 2 mocha clowns and will have a mandarin in the future, would a Paracheilinus mccoskeri be a good fit here?

You could have any of the shrimp gobies (Yasha, Highfin Red Banded, Yellow watchman, Y-Bar, etc) plus a peppermint pistol shrimp and they would all be fine. I've kept them all with the fish you mentioned. Plus, peppermint pistols can live a long time. I've had our oldest for 2 years at this point and it's still going like it always does. I've had better luck with these than with Tiger's, and they make less of a mess as well.
