I have very male leopard and melanurus wrasses together in a 120 g- they flash each other, but otherwise get along great... can I add a female leopard wrasse or will I upset the balance doing this?

Should be fine. The male might give some chase the first couple days but they'll iron it out. I'd try 2 more if you can get em.

I have seen it work out fine, but have also seen a male leopard not tolerate any other leopard wrasses in the tank. If it is smething you would like to try I would suggest using a social acclimation box, so in case there is aggression and it doesnt let up after a few days the female can be safely and easily removed.

Agree with both of the above posts.

It should be okay, but using an acclimation box as a precaution would be wise. There is risk without one.
