There is a thread that has MP40 clones or Vortech clones have arrived in the title.
In the thread towards the last few pages talk was about being able to buy wet sides for the jebao wetside ( DMP-40) that worked very well as replacements for the Vortec MP40's.
I don't have links for the thread.
But they were a fraction of the price.

Yup...saw that too...was gonna get some dmp 40 wetsides but no one has them available all of a sudden...???

Also, they are now nearing 100 dollar mark shipped. At that price might as well pay the extra 20 for new mp40 wetsides. Crazy...

Oh wow, I didn't realize they had gone up in price that much. I think I got 3 for about $100.
Yeah the original would be my choice now.
