Hey @WWC, just got my order in. Everything was great (as usual), but to my amazement I found an additional frag in there with the invoice annotated "free frag for the delay"!!! You guys are the best!!! I've always believed that a business deserving of customer loyalty is one that takes care of their customers when things go wrong. How these situations are dealt with are what determines if I'll be a lifelong customer, shop there when there's no better option or avoid shopping there completely. In every instance of something going wrong with WWC (for which there are few) they've gone above and beyond in correcting it. For example: this delay. This was beyond their control; it was weather related. And still WWC decided that I should get a free frag for the inconvenience. That's class, guys. Thanks so much and I'll keep coming back!!! -Anthony
