I ordered a chalice pack from their 24hrs live sale, but wanted to substitute a certain chalice from their bit high end collection pack. I thought this was going to be a long day before I get any response. Amazingly chris send me an email not only within hour but confirming the subsituition, I was just simply speechless because not a lot of vendors go the extra mile to take care of their customers, and the chalices were just simply prefect with no sign of any stress or loss of color due to shpping. Like I said before very very very impressive customer service and shipping.
