Curious about a couple of other things

What lights are you using and PAR

Flow?

What about your other parameters, and what are you using to test them?

How old is the tank?

its slowly dying after 18 months..

Did you change up your normal routines ?
Are you dosing anything? or started dosing?

My guess is maybe you've changed up or add/take away something from the tank.
or
sometimes they just go.. 18 months is a bit of time for some of these sensitive corals that we put into our little glass aquarium.

I use AI Hydra 32 for lighting no clue the par but they died off starting from the lower level all the way up to like 6" from the surface where the rock ends... only took 3 maybe 4 days and they are all gone..

Clown, hawk and a file fish .. one blue starfish thats reef friendly, 2 emerald crabs
How long do you have the file fish? And what type?
Aptasia eating and he hes been in there for a couple weeks .. they are not getting eaten they are shriveling /shrinking and disintegrating for a lack of better words
. The file fish eats frozen food and i have never seen him pick at corals .. my wife is disabled and spends a good part of here day by the tank she says he has been a gentlemen from her observation..

They do require dim lights but they mostly trivia in dirty tanks.. [just like zoanthids] also they like flowing current and feeding.
If you changed your lights or flow and not feeding them too much might be common issues.... hope this helps.
