Would 2 XR30 gen 5’s be enough for SPS in my tank? 60/22/22?

I don't think that's enough coverage. You might get some shading. I think the ends of a 60-inch tank will see a PAR drop-off. Could do 3 of them.

Personally I'm not a huge fan of the XR30s for coverage unless you have a very deep tank (either back to front or top to bottom). I think 4-5 XR15s give a good amount of PAR and better spread for your size tank.

You could also look at the Meridian 45 or Meridian 63 for about the same price as two XR30s.

I would maybe add a pair of one of the add-on led bars to this to help with shading.
Is this an established tank with larger colonies?

No it’s a new build. It will be a mixed reef with some SPS on top and lots of LPS
