I love food, especially freshly grown fruits and veggies.
Here are my black berries that I make cheesecakes with when they ripen.
The bush had to be trimmed in half this year. It got huge!

Moving on to the next part of the yard is my pie cherry tree. I know..fresh pie cherries are sour! When in pies though...oh boy!

The next food over is purple grapes. These become jelly, juice, and when forgotten...wine!

Next is the raspberries! These are usually eaten fresh, mixed in smoothies, or turned into jam.

And the last 2 fruits I have fruiting this year are the kiwi and strawberries! Te kiwi is slower than the strawberries so I rarely get to mix them fresh. The kiwi grows up and the strawberries wrap around the deck. 12-40 ripe strawberries per day most of the summer. It gets cumbersome but delicious.

Next are the pepper plants. We allow the bees to cross pollinate all the peppers to make some very delicious mixes of flavor.
From left to right there is
Hungarian wax, tabasco, bell, sweet banana, and cayenne. Imagine those flavors all at once!

Here is my tomato garden that started from a salad I threw up when I was sick.

This is our garlic pot. It keeps the Mosquitos away

These I guess you could eat literally but chicks eat these up in the manner of speaking by which it does not sound like. Red and pink roses!

These are pretty cool too! Delphinium starts purple and then turns blue

The best fertilizer in the world for our roses is diluted skimmate.
