From my google search this looks like a Yellow Polychaete but didn't find anything related to reef safe. I just put in live rock for a new tank that I started up this week and have noticed a few of these. Are these bad or ok? Should I get them out of the tank? I've always used dry rock when starting up my tanks but decided to try live rock since I moved to Tampa Bay and it's available here.

Pulled one out and this is the best picture I could take of it. There are several more in the tank now.
