Yellow tail damsel mouth becomming white

I have recently got two yellow tail damsel. Their mouth is becoming white and one damsel is swimming abnormally and hidding most of the time..

Doing 10 percent water changes weekly. And running oxygen in regular intervals in total 4 hours per a day.

I have a question. Can we leave airstone and uv light in the back sump overnight? Or its better to schedule at some intervals. If so how much time should they be on per day?
