yellow tang white spot

Yellow tang in QT with 2.5 copper since 7/14

No spots till yesterday. All of a sudden one white spot on his back fin and one on his side fin. Still eating and looks healthy, actually eats nori now

IM ASSUMING The spots aren’t mucus plugs , not ich, not velvet. Is this lymph or flukes ? He doesn’t have any odd behavior. Only the one or two white dots

I will do a pic of him later, the white spots look like they are outside of his fins attached , rather than ich or velvet that looks like they’re apart of him
