How did you get into Okinawan style? Were you a Marine? Were you taught in Okinawa? I was taught in Okinawa and then I was a student of Ju-Dan Nagle for almost a year. Was a hand to hand combat instructor in the Marines for a little while. I also taught at Little Creek, VA for awhile. Anyway, I shouldn't talk because I don't practice anymore. I learned several styles, but Isshin-Ryu is what is natural to me. Sorry for rambling, just brought back a lot of memories.

I'm guessing you guys know Denny Shaffer? I actually took lessons from him a while back. Just happened to see your post

Yes, start Adding sick fish, aptasia, and a pair of clown triggers. That will quickly bum you out enough to lower your addiction. Kind of like when grandpa made ya smoke that whole pack at once to make you never smoke again.
