Josh, can you tell me how do you feed the zoas and what kinds of food do you feed them ?THX

I don't feed them. I feed my fish. I used to spend a lot of time feeding and when I stoped everything did the same so I don't think feeding them is that important. Fish poop and light is enough.

How many Frags do you have by the way?

Do you use Carbon or GFO?

I keep hearing that both are Bad for Zoanthids.

I wanted to know your opinion on the matter.

I have like 1,500 frags lol

Yes I use both carbon and GFO. Smaller quantities. both in one reactor making sure water passes by the carbon first. Phosphates under .05 is too clean for zoas. I try to keep mine under .15. If you want to have a mixed reef I recomend to have phosphates between .05-.09

What Phosphate Levels do you consider are Too High for Zoanthids?

I stopped using Carbon and GFO because I feel some of the Zoanthids lost color and grew slower. (That and everyone I talked to said not too use Carbon because it strips good stuff out of the water as well as the bad).

My Phosphate is now at 0.80
