I ordered 3 zoa frags from WWC. A total
Of $316.68. 1 AOI description said 3-4 polyps I only received 2 polyps. A laffy taffy frag description said 2 polyps I received 5 only 2 are opened. 1 Rasta, description said 3 I received 2 and a tiny baby. Horrible experience, I live in NJ they shipped my corals with a heat pack. The water temperature was 85-90 degrees if not more. I called them, one of their employees was very rude and argumentative and hung up on me. I had to call back. They finally gave me 150 refund. I’m still not happy. My main concern is the laffy taffy frag. If the other polyps die will they start to rot? And cause harm to my water and other livestock

I wouldn’t pay WWC prices for those zoas, Rastas are common enough you can find more bang for your buck elsewhere... laffy taffy’s are weeds imo but still nice and same with AOI cherry corals is nice, zoanthids.com and top shelf aquatics, in my experience I found the nicest zoas on this forum

Thanks, I think I’m going to try finding local reefers and continue to get corals from my lfs. For example I got a Purple Heart zoa frag from my lfs for $30 and it now has over 20 polyps. Bam bams, nirvana, cat eyes, eagle eyes, all
20 and they all have at least 4-10 polyps each. The AOI frag is the only reason I even ordered from them in the first place

Less light less light and more less light. Wwc grows there corals under all blues = like no par and spectrum. Plus if you got them in bad shape you want to give them little light so they can recover.
