thanks for the advice !Dip in hydrogen peroxide for 2 mins max. 50% tank water and 50% peroxide. Peroxide will dissolve the algae.
thanks ! that was going to be my next question "does Coral Rx dip do the job in place of hydrogen peroxide" since i have coral rx on handI’ve had good luck with CoralRx dip.
I burned a GSP with peroxide a while back (completely my fault) and have stayed away from peroxide since. GSP made a recovery but had a nice chunk melt away.
I would do the hydrogen peroxide dip.
Also FYI I would not use peroxide dip any other type of coral, Zoas only.
