It doesn’t have the blue center tho
In looking on my PC, the issue is the lighting is slightly blue. The closest I believe are either Fiji fire or Goblin fire. Solar flare was my first thought but longer lashes

Hmmmmmm thanks for the efforts but based on online pictures, they’re don’t quit look like it.

Green doesn’t extend to skirt so not a goblin on fire.

Lacks white and/or blue so neither an alpha & omega nor a ring of fire.

I’d call this a punk rocker, (punk rockers are a bucket of similar zoas, Google images wi return a bunch of different pics).

You might find a more specific name from a vendor but how widely recognized that would be is questionable.

It does look like a punk rocker so it’s the closest by far unless someone else got a closer ID
