These are super interesting! Particularly the pattern on the closed polyps which I’ve only seen on a few of my zoas like the magicians and ding Dangs. IMO, too much black for a ding dang plus the pink on the edge makes them different. They have a very beautiful nebula pattern especially on that fully mature polyp on the upper right in the first pic. Give me a couple hours and I’ll work on it, bottom line is that it’s a super beautiful zoa that’s probably from Hawaii. I’d love a polyp!

I appreciate it!! Also I'm telling ya all those rock flowers I ordered (I told you about them) all lived and I had one that had 4 babies lol. I only have 3 adults and the 4 babies (gotta pick up the other 4 still)

Explain wise one how does this help ? (I’m not being sarcastic. I’m being serious!)Especially when some of my zoas close up if I get to close. Like they know I’m trying to take a picture

A different post she asked where I get them. That is a piece of acrylic that is water proofed by the plastic container, you press it into the top of the water so it has no flow or ripple and take a picture. Its just like a coral viewer just cheap. I had extra acrylic so I made one real quick

Though I have been thinking about some way to get some better photos. I think eventually I will need to just get some type of frag tank

It really is the best lol. I jave 2 65g (one display and one frag) a 29 biocube thats a rock flower tank and lps/shroom, and a 260g im working on right now
