Zoa /lighting

Hi all,
I have the illuminare 600 led lights which I give 6hours daylight. I have uploaded a photo of my Zoas could someone tell me if they are stretching for more light? Also could someone put a name to these I have. Many thanks for any input.

Thanks, they high up in my cube so do I need to increase the intensity of the lighting .
