Zoa or Paly?

Interested to know if anyone can ID this for me? Looks like a Paly and sorry for crap image phone camera was dying and takes crap photos when not charged once batteries are charged I will take a better picture but for now this is what you get lol thanks in advance!!

I think Paly also. I understand paly's have a much longer stalk & more tentacles around the edge. So, if a Zoa is in the shade & wants more light.will it extend to reach up (stalks get longer ) ?

Yes the zoa will stretch
