I got a message asking me about not responsable for delays he ask me if the shipping company delay the shipment I will not replace the coral just in case is doa, I put not responsable because is out of my hands however I will not going to say I told you, not responsable not I’m a hobbyist that love this and I like to share it I just want to people to understand that is out of my hands but needs to understand that is risky and things happens, I sold a pack to a guy and it got delay for a day and some of them didn’t make it so I told them I will replace the ones melt I just need some help whit the shipping cost and he complain that was my responsibility to do it so even if it says not responsable for it I will help if something happens thanks!!

It's honestly out of your hands. Multiple sellers don't give doa when shipping delays occur but you even offered a replacement if he helped with shipping which is more than enough to make things right.
