Thank you for all you help! Sadly I’ve had a holiday booked since the beginning of the summer and the zoa pox annoyingly happened the day before I left so now I think they will probably end up dying sadly I’ll text if they survived when I am back but even if they didn’t thank you very much because now if my Zoas ever get zoa pox I know what to dip them inAll your zoas will get it eventually if you have zoa pox. Maybe send a picture below and your parameters including temp and salinity so we can help get a better understanding of the situation. Moving them to one side of the tank will not help either. What did you dip it with? Furan 2 was the old treatment for pox but I’ve had success with aqualiferx nitrofurazone powder:
Nitrofurazone - Treats 200 Gallons - aquaLife® - Aquarium Life Support Systems
Nitrofurazone- Treats 200 Gallons Effective Against: -Red Areas and Body Streaks -Peeling or White Body -Open Ulcers -Wasting Away -Bacterial Infections -Ammonia Exposure -For Ornamental Fish Use Only -Not For Human Consumption – use only as directed. Nitrofurazone is effective against...aqualiferx.com
And following the same steps used in the furan treatment but with this product. PS: try to eyeball 85 MG per dip. Hope this helps!
