Zoanthid ID

After much searching I could not find an ID for this zoa anywhere and no one on any of the 2 other forums I have posted it could ID this, anyone have any ideas?

The colors are slightly off in this picture the skirt is a light green, the outer ring a dark green, and then a pure white ring (not even the slightest hint of blue/teal on it)

sounds like "Emerald City"
kinda like a radioactive green dragon-eye with a white outer halo ring???

Nope, the eye is a very dark green, nothing like dragon eyes, then there is the white ring, then an outer ring of the same dark green, then the light green skirt
