This zoanthid was doing great untill about two days ago. Then it stopped opening and i noticed the stalks didnt look right. I looked all over cant find any nudi's, starfish, or the spiders that eat zoas.

Salinity fluctuations, Phosphate levels, changes to lighting, Bacteria infection, carbon stripping traces, so many factors but we Need tank history and parameters to better help

Set the calcium doser up. The calcium was 450 when i dosed manually before and over 2 weeks it ended up 466 with the auto doser. Other than that nothing has changed.

alk 9.2
Calcium 466
Mag 1500
Po4 .02
Nitrate 2
Lighting for the reefer 350 is 2 rapid led coronas. Its been in the tank for a month under the lights in that exact spot with the same schedule. It had 3 heads when i got it.
Carbon is 4 weeks old in my reactor at this point (90 gallon system, with 2 cups of esv carbon in the reactor)
Two weeks ago i finally defeated a dino bloom using dr tims, and added waste away gels on the 22nd. They didnt miss a beat during the whole battle. Having a small cyano outbreak in the center of the tank.

After dino cyano is expected and can be followed by a nasty gha issue. Just increase cuc.
What was the nitrates and phosphates numbers at when you got thr zoa

They were around the same. I try to keep them stable. Nitrates at most hit 5 and phosphates will sometimes drop to .01

Im not trying to refute anything that you guys put out as a possibility for the problem. I am just adding stuff that completely slipped my mind during the post for tank history.
I am completely at a loss, and its my favorite coral currently in the tank
:(

The mp40 is located on the same side of the tank as the zoanthids, about 2-3 inch from the top (zoanthids are near the bottom) the flow isnt moving the zoanthids, bowever it is moving some of the sand on the bottom near the zoas. The direction of flow the zoanthids are recieving is toward the mp40 rather than being blown by the mp40.

Could be a little to clean with PO4 @ .01. Every other week I have a few zoas which will close up. I remember I had an issue with my WWC Illuminati's for a while and after a year now they have finally taken off. I realized the healthier the zoa the better it can take changes in stability if they occur.

Here is the clearer picture, I have no idea what the white spots are to my knowledge they have been there since i got it a month ago. Its a Gaia Zoanthid if that helps. Any closer and the phone camera wont focus. And i do not have a macro lens for my mirrorless camera.

2nd and third dips were furan-2 for 10 min and reef dip for 10 min
This is a photo from today of mine...3rd dip was last night and I have been doing them about a week apart...
