Not at home so I can't post a full tank shot or pics of the problem but virtually every zoa in my tank is either fully closed or maybe 1/3 of the way open.
Other corals SPS, Euph, leathers, GSP, chalice/monti are all happy/open showing growth. I've looked for parasites but the only things I ever see is like a random tiny starfish here and there.
None of my zoas are of the pricey variety so I won't be devastated if they disappear, I'm just hesitant to add others with this issue. Also, previously they were spreading QUICK. A single polyp from a local reefer turned into 6, other small colonies were spreading so fast they were starting to concern me.
Params are:
SG 1.025
Temp 76 at night up to 80 at peak.
I didn't write them down but CALC/ALK/MAG were all within normal levels.
Lighting is 5 ecotech radion g4s, the zoas are all in the bottom 1/3 of the tnak
Phosphates .03
Nitrates less than 5
