Ok so here is what's happening.

A couple of my zoas and palys are consistently opening and closing throughout the day some times it will be the who cluster. Sometimes only one or 2 will close and the rest open. It's been going on for about a week now and it's annoying! Lol.

So yesterday my tiny blue tang was rubbing up against some of the palys and zoas so that's obviously one of the reasons for them being closed. But he doesn't do it on the other colonies that are partly closing. So idk how to explain those

I see no pests or anything on them after examining

I'm going to do a water change and see what happens.

Also everything is still growing just fine and nothing is melting or anything. They just seem annoyed.

Should I dip them all with revive if things don't change after the water change?

Anything else I'm missing?

Is the blue tang rubbing or nipping? They have been known to eat zoas on occasion.

yes it is rubbing on some of them so I know that has to be the case on those but not sure on the others. I am getting rid of the little bugger!

It's most likely the tang. They behave when your watching and as soon as you turn around bam!
