here's a pic of the aqua scape, don't mind the mess.

I bought it from drs fosters & smith the Caribsea dry rock. They look pretty similar, i'm really happy with how they look and the amount I got for 40lbs.

How much was 40lbs? Reefcleaners sells the same type of rock 50lbs for $90 with free shipping. Just an FYI lol

Looks great! I am a big fan of gluing from the start. I had tanks in the past where I didn't and the rock slides drove me friggin crazy!! It's been so much better since I glued this time around

Slow updates but it's coming along! I got a 55g sump with baffles with a big refugium chamber and filled the tank. It's been cycling for about 3 or 4 days and I've been putting in the tank a small chunk of brine shrimp everyday to kick start the cycle since I've seeded with some mature filter media and that conch shell in the picture.

Unfortunately the sump was 1/4inch to tall for the stand so I just set it behind, I think it looks alright and it gives me easier access. I'm also considering blacking out the back of the tank to rid the ugly tubes and overflow deal, does anyone know a good way instead of painting since I figure it's a little late. keep you guys updated!
