the jebao return pumps overall have reliability issues within our local club as well. the wavelines (new gen from last year on) have been much more consistent for myself and others. are you planning on keeping the replacement return pump as permanent now or looking at another? I just picked up some of the deepwater aquatics dc pumps and the added features over the waveline and extra flow/head capabilities look promising.

Im going to keep the eheim in there they are known to be solid pumps.

I got it setup and calibrated for the most part last night and the noise wasnt bad at all.

We had our frag swap in middle TN yesterday. Heres the rock anemones that I bought. They are around 3" each.

I change the mode around to get different flow. Most of the time it's on constant. 40% power. I went with 2 part instead I got the Neptune dos
