So what does everyone use in bottom of their stands for water proofing and to reduce vibration?
Nothing yet lol. So far no vibration is felt anywhere near unless your feeling under the stand.

I have used automotive undercoating in a spray can... ;) :)
@Lost in the Sauce @F i s h y any better idea's...:)
To waterproof I use the roll on truck bed liner or flex seal. Whichever I can find cheaper roll it on the bottom and up the sides a few inches and it will contain plenty of water.
As for vibration reduction I use closed cell yoga mats under the sump and tank. You can also cut a peice to put under your return pump to lighten the noise.

My favorite hawk fish are the longnose. They say they get a little pushy as they get older, but is that something to be expected but not happen, I mean they are going be with a bunch of larger fish?

Got the pond liner in the bottom of the stand. It isn’t pretty but it will serve its purpose. Also put foam rubber mat to put underneath the sump.
I decided to put a divider on one end of the stand for equipment. I do have an equipment cabinet but it won’t hold everything.

Started plumbing last night. My friend did an amazing job! I told how I wanted it and he did the work. Can’t finish it until Saturday though. So glad I added the door on the end of the stand!
