it looks pretty rough but no worse than before - try adding a rock that it can hold onto if you can. If it dies, it'll be easy to tell because it will literally start to fall apart. At that point, you'll want to remove it ASAP before it pollutes the water and kills other livestock.

Maybe recheck your water parameters. Make sure your tests aren't expired, perhaps take water sample to lfs. I doubt a few days of subpar light would hurt a bubble tip this quickly.
