So I found another tunicate in my tank this morning, I do have several corals, should I leave it alone, or remove it? I know it’s just a stationary filter feeder, but I have read that they can get out of control.

Is it a solitary or colonial tunicate?

Any pics of it? Solitary tunicates don't spread while colonial tunicates do.
This is the best I can get, but it is the red thing on the plant. In person, I can see the two holes, one on top, and one mid way down

Hard to say for sure from the pic, but it's likely a solitary tunicate - it shouldn't spread, and it should be harmless/beneficial.

If you see more holes popping up anywhere from it, that'd indicate it's a colonial species, but if it stays with just the two, it's a solitary one and completely fine (not harmful or invasive).

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
