What is the ratio ..I saw on the site some use 4:1 and some use 10:1 .
How safety it is for scoly ?

Usually its used on zoas as they can close up. Leave it too long and it will burn the tissue.

If your tank is large enough, get a scopas tang. They will mow things down.
