I want the best leds out there for a mixed reef Cade S2/F 900 (900X700X350) (LxWxH). Money isn’t an option just want to buy the best and be done with it
You have choices which is good news
Some to consider:
2-3 orphek ir3 light bars
Noopsyche k7 pros
Si hydra 26 or 32hd
Reef breeders Photon 50

You will get many options on lighting.
My preference is Reefi. 2 of these with 90 degree reflectors will do anything you want. They also come wilth a 120 degree reflector depending on scape may be needed.
AI blades in the 48" length would also work well probably go with a glow and a grow or if you feel the need 2 grow and a glow. They come with tank mounts, You can get raised mounts, canopy mounts, or they have a m8 thread on the end to design your own mounting solution.

sorry my math skills are terrible apparently 36" blades. Same set up on the reefi

ATI straton if money isnt a concern. Reefi uno pro 2.0 as an alternative to a big panel. Everything else mentioned so far is a lesser light IMO.
