Just zip ties, wishing I had used a bit of cement on some parts but ill just have to be careful when placing corals. Most of the rock was pretty light in weight except for the larger base pieces which hold the shape pretty well.love what you created !!!!! did you use any of that marco cement or all together with the zip ties
Thanks those were just to clip the zip ties btw!sweet tank man, what type of scissors are those that you used to cut through the rock in that one pic? must have been heavy duty...also love the buddha guy with the plant on his head, excellent touch
Really liking it. Only thing I would change is id like the plumbing to be hard pvc rather than the odd size tubing that they give you. Id like to be able to put a check valve on the return line in care the power goes out. Other than that the pump you get is good and so is the rest of the equipment and overall look and construction of the tank and stand. I swapped out the skimmer for something i felt was better for my sps system but other than that i kept it pretty simple with what they gave me. The tank also comes with glass tops if you choose to use them which is pretty nice if you have jumping fish and looks better than netting IMO.Nice tank! How are you liking the Cadlights system so far? My brother in law wants a reef tank and I'm thinking about steering him towards one of these since he's a beginner and it comes mostly complete.
